Finance Business Partner

Global business looking for a qualified Finance Business Partner paying up to £60,000 with hybrid working.


Hays Senior Finance are working with a global business who have shown significant growth over the last ten years. They have sites on nearly every continent and a number of regional head offices. Warrington is their EMEA head office and controls c£200m of revenue across ten countries. The business has grown both organically and via acquisition, they have a strong growth plan for the next five years.

As part of this growth plan they are looking to appoint a qualified Finance Business Partner to support the EMEA region and report into the Head of Finance. This will be very much a P&L focussed, business facing role which interacts with senior managers across multiple entities.

Key duties will include -

• Supporting the production of regional budgets, forecasts, order books and pipeline in conjunction with the regional management team
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Supporting the preparation of weekly and monthly KPI analysis to support Operational Management Team.
• Working closely with business leaders to provide additional financial analysis to support local strategy.
• Supporting on due diligence for any local M&A activity.
• Supporting the business in the production and evaluation of proposals.
• Create active partnerships that provide real-time support and analysis.

We are looking to speak to qualified accountants who either have existing experience as a Finance Business Partner or have a background in Practice from a Top 10 firm. Practice candidates can either be making a first or second move from Practice. Candidates trained in Industry should have a strong Management Accounting background and be confident in working with non-finance managers to present findings and challenge anomalies.
