Your new role
An interim Financial Accountant / Group Accountant role, covering a permanent vacancy and reporting directly to the Financial Director. You will be responsible for Financial Accounting, monthly group management accounting and some tax analysis. This will include: Taking the lead on the implementation of technical accounting changes for the group. Completing the monthly consolidated accounts for the group, Raising management invoices to Group subsidiaries, Reconciling and managing the intercompany balance position, Supporting the FD with other ad hoc reports. Working with tax consultants to provide all required data for compliance tax returns, Managing the tax tagging of the statutory accounts at year end.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant, with a strong technical background, experience of working within a fast paced, entrepreneurial business, excellent communication skills; both written and verbal. The ability to be flexible and adaptable to adhere to priorities and deadlines. A strong teamwork ethic. Have an excellent attention to detail. You will need to be able to start in the next couple of weeks and be happy to commit to at least three months.
