This is a market leading, top 100 firm with a regional presence across the North West that is looking to bring a new audit manager into their team. This opportunity has arisen following a consistent period of company growth both organically as well as through acquisition. The firm itself spans across 6 offices, with the audit team being based out of Northwich. With a focus on thinking forward, this firm is focussing on ED&I as well as their sustainability.

Your new role
As an audit manager, you will be responsible for leading various audit engagements for a wide range of OMBs across the North West. You will oversee the entire audit process, from initial planning all the way through to completion and the final meeting alongside partners. You will delegate the audit file both to assistant managers, seniors and semi-seniors/juniors, managing deadlines and budgets and maintaining contact with the client throughout the engagement.

Furthermore, alongside audit you would get involved in IPO and Transaction Services work, predominantly within the OMB market.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm are seeking a fully qualified (ACA/ACCA), practice trained auditor who is currently working within an audit function of a firm. You will ideally be an existing manager, or an ambitious assistant manager looking to take the next steps in their audit career.
