P2P Transformation Lead - Change & Readiness

Procure to Pay Finance Transformation lead to review the change management process and business readiness

You will be working for a great housing association who are passionate about proving excellent homes for their customers and who provide a number of value add activities to their customers.

Your new role

The organisation are part way through the 2nd stage of a finance transformation project and are now looking to bring in the support of a end to end Procurement to Payment specialist who is able to work as an interface between the transformation team and the Finance Team. You will be working on the Change and Readiness element of the project with the end view to ensuring that the new processes are fit for purpose, can be adopted into the organisations finance team in an efficient and realise the benefit of the transformation project.

You will have worked on a similar project before, but the important skill set is knowing the right questions to ask the right people, and ensuring all processes work in a live environment before the project go live dates in July and October. There will be elements of change management and training and development of the finance team.

Whilst the role is working for a large housing association and the ERP system is Microsoft Dynamics, the client is open minded on the sector, private or public and also the systems used before.

What you'll need to succeed

Strong P2P end to end experience
Ability to act as a change agent
Strong finance process experience
Know what good looks like in this environment
Strong and effective communication skills to act as the interface
Ask the right questions
Leaderships skills

What you'll get in return

In return there is good contract length on offer of 6/7 months , day rates available are approx £350 -450 p/day Umbrella, in the main remote working , but there will be some travel to 2 offices in the Midlands.
The project is in a really interesting phase and will provide a interesting piece of work.
