Hybrid working opportunity for an Accounting Manager to join a global organisation in Egham.
Your new company
A large mobility solutions business that operates a comprehensive network of brands worldwide offering car and truck rental, vanpooling, carsharing and fleet management services. This role is a maternity cover initially for 6-months based at the European HQ in Egham.
Your new role
You will take on a pivotal role within the EU IT Accounting Team that collaborates closely with the Corporate IT function and has responsibility for 13 different income statements across their European operations. This role is also responsible for IT contract management, which includes supporting the Legal and Procurement teams with contract reviews and negotiations with vendors. You get involved with financial reporting, reviewing financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations, oversee the reporting of IT spend whilst managing forecasting, projections and actual spend variance analysis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong background of working within Accounting Manager / Finance Manager roles with effective cost control experience. You will be managing a team and so proven success in your ability to lead, train and develop employees will be important.

This is a hybrid working opportunity (2 days from home) within a large and complex organisation. Benefits will include 25 days holiday, pension and medical after a qualifying period. There is a strong possibility of the initial 6-month contract being extended.
