- A newly created position to support the firm's CFO and oversee the central finance function
- You'll have a global oversight of the business's financial control framework and will work closely with external stakeholders including the firm's investors, Auditors & Banking lenders

Description
- Reporting into the CFO, you will lead, manage and develop the Central Finance team which will include a mixture of 6 indirect and direct reports
- Provide an accurate & timely month-end close process and work with the regional finance teams to ensure consistency amongst processes
- Preparation of Group monthly management accounts, P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow
- Oversee all aspects of compliance e., audit, tax, statutory accounts and treasury
- Oversight of Corporate org structure and entity setup, governance and rationalisation
- Continually assess the internal control framework and adoption of processes that can be applied on a global scale
- Be a key point of contact for the external auditors to manage the annual audit process
- Be a subject matter and technical expert for the business, staying abreast of accounting standards and where necessary upskilling the Regional teams
- Oversee the treasury function to provide short and long term cash forecasting and planning
- Lead any changes to the adoption of accounting policies and impact to financial processes
- Support of Finance Projects and ad hoc requirements as necessary
Profile
- Proven Group Financial Controller or Director
- 10+ years of post qualified experience
- Demonstrable experience partnering with the C Suite, managing experienced leaders, and dealing with external third parties
- Ability to manage a large team
- Extensive audit, technical accounting and treasury experience
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and changing environment
