Looking for a role where you can help and guide the Senior Management Team to achieve its growth goal, looking for a role where you can be involved in an ERP implementation then look no further than this Finance Manager role for a company based in High Wycombe that is at an interesting stage in its development.
As the Finance Manager your key responsibilities will include :
You prepare accurate monthly accounts, provide data visualisation facilitating good conclusions. This data will guide the team to achieve our growth potential.
Remit:
You will prepare our financial statements to comply with UK reporting regulations. Issue these to the management team in line with the Group reporting calendar.
Calculate taxes owed, prepare tax returns, and ensure taxes are paid properly and on time.
Maintain management data to ensure accounting systems are efficient.
Make recommendations to the management team.
Suggest ways to reduce costs, maximise revenue, improve EBIT and free cash flow. You will provide data visualization to inform and empower the team.
You will be part of the team tasked with defining our needs and implementation of our ERP investment.
Reporting to the general manager and part of the management team we will drive business strategy maximising growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with strong Business Partnering skills, who will be able to provide evidence of management controls, has experience of dealing with both Internal and External Audits, an ERP Implementation within a manufacturing business would be desirable and in return you will receive a salary of between £50k-£60k. The role will initially be based in High Wycombe but after a period they can look at a hybrid or flexibility around work location working.
