Description

  • Day to day, the role will lead the team to ensure the delivery of management accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, closure of audit as well as VAT and payroll reporting across the regions
  • You will also support the CFO in ad-hoc projects, in the leadership of the finance team, in escalating matters of note and managing other issues with comfortable autonomy
  • Acting as the go-to-person for financial authorities, tax advisors and auditors, you will ensure:
  • Day to day accounting of the business is timely and accurate.
  • Accurate forecasting of P&L and cash flow with the ability to drive strong cash management.
  • Successful leadership and development of the Finance team
  • The Leadership team has the information required to make informed decisions.
  • Appropriate controls and governance are in place

Profile

You should apply if you:

  • Are a Qualified accountant and with strong management experience
  • Experience of leading a successful team including the hiring and development of employees
  • Are a hands-on team player, able to be agile and jump in to confidently provide the technical support as needed
  • Able to pick up and understand systems and processes with ease and spot areas for improvement.
  • Preferably with experience across a global firm but not essential
  • Advanced excel skills are essential
