An established IFA practice in Honiton is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join them on a full time basis.

The Role

As the Office Manager, you will provide a proactive, professional support, administrative and reception service to the firm, undertaking a wide range of duties to facilitate the smooth running of the office.

From managing staff admin and workloads to staffing reception and handling inbound calls, you will be the go-to person for a host of admin queries, day-to-day issues and business management activities.

You’ll support our team by checking new business for accuracy, uploading documentation to the back office of our system, undertaking Smartsearch activity and reconciling fees from bank statements. You will also be involved in some financial admin, including producing advisor pay statements and monthly management figures as well as paying company bills.

About You

To be considered as the Office Manager, you will need:

- Experience in the financial services industry OR experience in Intelligent Office
- An excellent level of IT literacy, especially with Office 365
- A professional telephone manner and post-sorting experience
- Attention to detail
- A methodical approach
- Strong organisation skills
