Finance Business Partner.

Our client is a large well-known Technology organisation. Due to volumes of work and continued growth they have a requirement to recruit a Finance Business Partner into their B2B division.

This role will interact directly with not only the finance leadership team but also the senior leadership team and be responsible for business partnering within the Business & Wholesale division with respect to project costs concentrating primarily on new product development & IT transformation projects.

The Finance Business Partner will lead the relationship with the B2B investment committee teams and ensure clear linkage of investment to organisational strategy. You will also play a pivotal role in facilitating a strong understanding of spend and associated benefits and will visibly drive improved performance. You will take ownership of business case submissions, ensuring a rigorous governance process to ensure optimal investment decisions are made.

The successful applicant will be a qualified accountant with an ability to influence/manage and build relationships across divisions, ideally having worked as a business partner previously. You will have an excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills. Advantageous would be previous experience of project management and looking at continuous improvements.
