Fast paced growing company seek hands on Management Accountant

Your new company
A fast growing tech based business seek to appoint an ambitious management accountant who is fully qualified seeking a broad role within an engaging and dynamic culture. The business offer hybrid work arrangements (3 days work from home, 1 from their HQ in North East Hampshire and 1 from their site in Hertfordshire).

Your new role
You will report directly into the FD in a role which could easily become the FC of the business as the company continues to grow. You will support the wider team in the production of the monthly management accounts providing insights on key KPIs whilst partnering with operations as a trusted advisor. You will support the budgetary and forecasting process and deep dive into the data in order to issue more meaningful management information. You will run a rigourous month end process, ensuring the balance sheet is managed effectively in addition to helping the FD with any ad-hoc tasks as the company continues to grow.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a full qualified accountant seeking that next career step where you can oversee a broad remit. You must be comfortable working across the hybrid-multi-site office network and relish working in a fast paced business where variety is very much the norm. You will demonstrate leadership capabilities and a desire to push you career within an ambitious friendly organisation.
