Your new company is one of the most exciting and dynamic brands in the Food Retail & Manufacturing space in the World right now. With operations in the UK, USA, Canada, Europe and Australia - they are truly global in their nature. Due to a really strong product, as well as brand recognition - the company have grown tremendously recently and now operate almost 70 restaurants, as well as owning 1,500 quick service kiosks, and are present in around 4,000 other locations via franchising.


Your new role

The company have recently hired a Head of Internal Audit & Risk to come onboard and build out the Risk & Audit function for the business and you will be the first hire into that team - which will allow you a huge opportunity for development both personally and professionally due to the facetime you will get with both the Head of Audit, as well as business executive around the world.

The Audit Plan for 2023 looks really interesting and will be a great opportunity for learning and development due to the broad nature of the plan. You will cover everything from Financial Audits to Operational Audits, Compliance to IT Audits as well as ad hoc projects and investigations.

Due to the heavy business presence in the USA - you will need to travel out there on occasion, which is expected to be around 15-20% of the time.


What you'll need to succeed

• ACA Qualification from a Top 4 Accounting Firm
• Knowledge or aptitude for Risk and Internal Audit
• Experience within the Food, Retail and Manufacturing sectors would be a bonus
• Right to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
• Passionate for development, and able to take information onboard
