Based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire client is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis, working a hybrid model with 3 days in the office per week after successful induction and training.

This job would suit an experienced payroll administrator with EMEA experience who can hit the ground running, reporting to the EMEA Payroll Manager this role will support the payroll process and other ad-hoc work.

Our client is a leading Manufacturing company with offices and facilities across the globe.

The successful individual will have prior experience within a fast-paced environment and can demonstrate that they can manage and prioritise a mailbox, demonstrating attention to detail and confidentiality when dealing with employee data. This role requires the ability to maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential. Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook is essential and experience of using ADP Payroll provider an advantage.

Job responsibilities:

Processing all starters, leaversOn-going compliance such as P45s and starter checklists etc.Management of Time and Attendance system Assistance in preparation of all EMEA Payroll JournalsManagement of Employee Benefits Processing/calculating holiday, SSP, SMP, SPP payments and statutory deductionsCompletion of end of year compliance including P60s.Reporting of Sickness and Holidays to HR/ManagementResponding to payroll queries
