This is an exciting opportunity for a recently qualified Valuations professional to join a leading Independent Consultancy as a Manager or Assistant Manager and rapidly develop their experience, skills and career.
You will be responsible for working on a wide range of complex valuation assignments working closely with the senior team and a varied client base.
Valuation engagements will include and relate to;
- Corporate Finance Transactions
- Restructurings
- Portfolio Valuations
- Contentious Valuations
- Valuations for Financial reporting and Tax purposes
You will also be actively involved in business development and marketing initiatives across the Private Equity, Legal and direct Corporate market.
The successful candidate is likely to be accounting qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with proven Valuations experience gained within a Big 4 or Top 10 Accountancy firm or equivalent.
