Financial Controller

With impressive growth set to increase by a third this year, the founders of a dynamic marcomms agency are looking for their first Financial Controller.

Reporting to the founders of the business and senior management team, you will be responsible for providing all financial information and developing the finance function and structures.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a multifaceted role where you’ll wear many hats and enjoy the variety that comes with a high-growth SME.

This a temp to permanent role that offers flexible working and both full and part-time applications are welcomed.

Financial Controller - The Role

• Overall responsibility for the finance function and team
• Putting in finance structures for future growth
• Preparation of yearly budgets, managing them and reforecasting
• Preparing monthly management accounts
• Providing weekly status reports on client income and time/cost reports
• Preparation of the audit
• Cash management and forecasting
• Revenue management
• Payroll management

Financial Controller - The Person

• You’ll ideally have worked in a Financial Controller position previously but we will consider Finance Managers looking to make that next step
• Enjoys looking at the bigger picture but can also get hands-on with the detail too
• Keen to make a difference and add value
• Paprika experience is helpful but not essential
• Immediately available or on short notice
