Adelle Carr is working with a fast-growing business in Bolton, which is undergoing a period of sustained growth. They are seeking an ambitious and driven Accounts Administrator Trainee to join their fantastic team on an Apprenticeship scheme, offering mentorship and progression.
You will NOT be required to have experience within accounts. This role will also include administration tasks supporting the purchasing function and other ad-hoc duties. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to kick-start their career in finance and is eager to progress, develop and study.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to benefit from AAT study support and receive an excellent training programme to develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
We are searching for a candidate who has the desire to learn, wants to get involved and wants to succeed. There will be full training given but the role would suit someone with either experience within an office environment or a solid knowledge of Microsoft office (Basic Word, Excel, Outlook)
Salary & Benefits:
- Starting salary of £22,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM, 1 hour lunch
- Work from home available (One day rising to two)

What will be expected of you:
This will be a full-training given role and will be initially involved in the following tasks:
- Transactional administration as per required by Finance Manager
- Accurately process sales invoices
- Ensure POs are approved and raised promptly
- Ensure data is accurate and up-to-date
- Containers/'Goods in' management
- Assist with project work relating to pricing
- Perform ad hoc duties as required
