Group Finance Manager

Role - Group Finance Manager Location - Warrington Salary - Between £60,000 and £70,000 + benefits

Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a fast-growing property business in their search for a Group Finance Manager to work out of their offices based just outside Warrington with a hybrid working model.

The successful candidate will need to be ACA/ACCA qualified and would suit and individual with an accountancy practice background. Excellent technical accounting skills are absolutely essential and any exposure to tax would be beneficial. The ability to work positively as part of a team will be crucial and this position will need to build strong relationships internally. Advanced Excel skills are required and any exposure to working with property businesses previously would be advantageous. Key duties for the Group Finance Manager role will include:

• Production of management and statutory accounts
• Preparing consolidated group accounts
• Cashflow management
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Preparation of board reports
• KPI analysis
• Lead on the year end audit
• Build strong relationships internally and with external bodies

Salary for the role is anywhere between £55,000 and £65,000 + benefits
