Tax Accountant job ACA ACCA CTA ATT hybrid Exciting Business

Your new company
My client is a well recognised brand in the entertainment sector and a newly created role has been made available within their close knit team. The role is available initially on a 9 month Fixed term Contract with the view to a permanent role for the suitable candidate in their next financial year. There is plenty of scope in the role due to project work for the members of the team with full support and training provided.

Your new role
You will:

• Review of annual PSA submissions
• Dealing with employment tax queries
• Review of monthly VAT return submissions
• Responding to VAT or customs queries
• Ensure imports and exports are smooth and compliant
• Direct Tax compliance
• Preparation and submission of UK corporate tax computations
• Preparation and maintenance of global transfer pricing documentation and intra-group agreements
• Year-end reporting (under IFRS) and statutory reporting (under UK GAAP)
• Global ETR and cash tax forecasting

What you'll need to succeed
You may be ACA, ACCA, ATT or CTA qualified or a finalist looking to complete your studies in the next year. You will have experience within accounting or tax with exposure to indirect taxes. Training will be provided for direct tax work. You must be enthusiastic, willing to learn and keen to develop your knowledge within tax.
