Group Finance Manager reporting to the Financial Controller who will support future success and growth within our IT sector client.
This company is creating the best technology solutions with their customers' specific needs in mind to ensure safety and efficiency.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility for Group Consolidation process, including providing with the completed templates/timetables for meeting reporting timeframes.
- Keeping up to date, and supplementing with future acquisitions, the historic financial models, ensuring full historical financial data as required by CFO & Investors is available and supportable to source data.
- Submitting consolidated numbers into PE house reporting system.
- Supporting the Financial controller on acquisition accounting, ensure transactions and fair value adjustments are clearly tracked.
- Streamline group accounting processes.
Your attributes:
- ACA or similar - ideally large/medium accountancy firm experience in with good knowledge of technical finance and corporate tax, probably 1st or 2nd time mover.
- Ability to manage priorities.
- Strong skills in data management, but also in verifying/sense checking output's vs prior model versions/expectations.
- Organised and Diligent.
- Self-Motivated and Proactive.
- Great communication skills verbal and written.
- Customer service focused - dealing with investors/auditors/tax advisors/internal staff.
