Excellent Management Accountant jobs (x2) in an exciting, well-established, yet agile and growing group

Your new company
You will be joining a part of an ambitious and agile, growing group, where you'll be working as part of a small and professional finance team. These roles will be working for 1 of 2 of the more recently established entities in start-up/scale-up phases, where they have exciting contracts lined up and are ambitious to continue their growth.

Your new role
You will be an integral member of the finance team, responsible for all of the financials for your particular legal entity, working closely with the operations and finance staff, reporting into the Group Financial Controller. These will be broad, autonomous roles which will include:

  • Maintaining all financial records for the business (except for those carried out by Group Finance eg. payroll, payments, material contracts).
  • Provide timely management information including monthly management accounts, weekly KPI reporting, annual budgets and periodic forecasting.
  • Business partnering with operational & management teams to help drive informed decision making on all financial matters, including costing/pricing considerations to maintain profitability on all products & services/tenders/contracts etc.
  • Assist with the preparation of business cases for all investment requests.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced accountant, ideally with exposure to a similar role in a logistics or manufacturing environment. You will have broad accounting experience and a track record of supporting with strategic decision making through financial analysis and commercial acumen. You will be flexible and keen to work as part of a dynamic, small team to ensure the smooth running of the business.
