VP of Corporate Finance (Renewable Energy)

Your new role
Working with both the Global Head of Corporate Finance & COO this role is all about developing commercial opportunities, strategic planning, influencing and execution,

Duties

• Implement and own investment strategy
• Working with deals teams in implement and grow opportunities
• Leading and coordinating bids, offers and tenders
• Leading a team on the delivery of negotiations and agreements
• Scenario modelling
• Presenting to the board
• Contributing to the strategic direction of the business

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to come from a corporate finance or investment background, ideally with exposure within the sector or related area. The role is a broad in house function so should be a brilliant opportunity to be involved in the whole deal flow mix within a business with a high growth strategy.
