Your new roleSupport the business and finance function in recording, understanding and improving group revenue behaviours in a rapidly growing organisation.

  • Lead and manage the monthly and quarterly group financial revenue close routines and timetable to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial results within a strict time frame for inclusion into the group consolidation.
  • To business partner with the revenue generating business units to promote understanding of group revenue trends, recoverability and profitability.
  • Lead on the provision of monthly WIP and Revenue management information and provide insightful commentary at a group level.
  • Work with the group billing team to ensure that group revenue is complete and accurately reported
  • Support FP&A in revenue budgeting and re-forecasting
  • To support the business in recruitment decisions based on pre-set financial KPIs
  • Support the audit process for revenue-based queries
  • Provide inputs on revenue and receivables to the Group Cash Flow Forecast
  • Take responsibility for own personal development, in line with agreed annual performance objectives
  • To act at all times in accordance with Company values


What you'll need to succeed

  • GCSE's in English Language and Mathematics
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or similar or working towards qualification
  • Experience or exposure to a financial management environment or similar + Revenue related internal finance roles or similar Knowledge.
  • Advanced knowledge of revenue related accounting principles and their application
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software + Knowledge of reporting tools (Atlas, Power BI, Power Apps etc)
  • Strong numeric and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal English
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
  • Highly accurate with good attention to detail
  • Excellent time management
  • Excellent organisational skills and able to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables
  • Team player
  • Enthusiasm to deliver
