Qualified Financial Accountant required to join an well established facilities management business in Oldham
Your new company
Your new company are a well established facilities management business who've been operating nationally for over 100 years. Due to a recent internal promotion they're now looking to strengthen their finance function with a qualified financial accountant.
Your new role
As the financial accountant you will take ownership of the timely preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting inc P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow whilst providing analysis and information to the profit centres. You'll support the Financial Controller with the budget and forecasts and adhoc financial and non-financial reporting. You will deal within multiple currencies and foreign exchange when required. You will business partner with the wider business and deal with senior stakeholders on a daily basis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE with previous experience working within an SME business within a complex accounting environment. You will have a strong technical and analytical experience and be comfortable with financial statements. You will need to be ambitious, someone who can demonstrate a real desire to improve processes and procedures. A strong communicator is a must as you'll deal with a must and have the ability to demonstrate an excellent work ethic and a hands on attitude.
