A luxury fashion retailer is looking for a Head of Finance to spearhead the finance function for this reputable brand. Your new role
Reporting to an impressive CFO, they are now looking for a robust professional who will manage and coordinate the core controls processes across the finance function. As member of the senior leadership team for Europe, the Head of Finance will be expected to contribute to all strategic discussions and decisions. The person will manage the central team in the London office and will have indirect reports in each of the subsidiaries in Europe. Your role will encompass various financial projects, building reporting capabilities and be at the fore-front of securing the voyage of future acquisitions and progression, alongside leading a team of 5 effective direct reports. This is a well-rounded opportunity to combat a multi-legal entity, and strengthen a pace-setter for national and global retail.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) accountant with multi-currency and multi-entity financial control expertise. You will enjoy oversight of large numerical reporting procedures and have a heart to propel systems forward under clear and considered financial jurisdiction. You will have passion and integrity and be willing to be fully involved and present with regards fresh challenges and change management. You will be proficient in IFRS and UK GAAP reporting standards and have demonstrated commercial and strategic flair. Fluent in another language is highly advantageous.
