Director of Finance Transformation and Operations

Your new company
I am working with a listed, international recruitment and professional services organisation looking for a Director of Finance Transformation and Operations to join the team based in central London. This is a globally renowned business with a reputation for innovation and positive change with strong focuses on its staff and their career development.

Your new role
Reporting to the Group FC and part of a global project team this is a broad and varied role which will run until at least the end of 2025. Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Setting clear vision and strategy for global finance operations.
• Designing and delivering an integrated global finance and HR system project by working with internal and external systems experts.
• Supporting design of TOM for finance and oversee its roll-out, embedding new processes and procedures.
• Define and build the BI and reporting requirements of the business through a best-in-class reporting suite and dashboards.
• Accountability for identifying, leading and delivering value from shorter- and longer-term projects and initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with proven finance leadership experience in a global services organisation with recruitment sector experience highly desirable. You will need good working knowledge of the finance system Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will need to be a confident communicator capable of building strong working relationships across jurisdictions and teams.
