International Tax Manager / Advisor required for a highly regarded global consultancy practice in Warrington

Your new company
This is a leading global consultancy who handle risk mitigation, dispute resolution and litigation support services for a vast network of global clients. The company have offices in numerous countries and jurisdictions worldwide, and are looking to enhance their growth with the strategic appointment of an International Tax Advisor to work with the corporate finance team at the head office in Warrington.

Your new role
This role will see you report directly into the Head of International Tax and working within the well-established Corporate Finance team. This position is purely advisory based, and you will work on various international projects and ad-hoc advisory matters. You will be required to monitor legislative changes in international tax matters, whilst working with local finance teams to ensure the accurate and timely filings of tax returns and payments, and also liaise with third parties on appropriate VAT / WHT rates. You will maintain the groups transfer pricing strategy, implement changes to tax regimes, and ensure efficient cash movements across the group.

What you'll need to succeed
This is an excellent role for you if you have gained a professional tax qualification (with ACA and CTA preferred), and a minimum of two years PQE within a corporate tax environment. Ideally, you will have gained exposure to multiple tax jurisdictions, although this is not seen as essential. You must be able to communicate effectively with the wider corporate finance team, and local finance teams in the companies global offices. The role also offers highly flexible remote & hybrid working, so the ability to work independently with confidence is important.
