Are you a skilled and detail-oriented Management Accountant seeking a new opportunity to apply your expertise and make a significant impact within a dynamic organisation? My client is currently seeking a talented Management Accountant to join their team and contribute to our continued success.

Your new role

  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and budgets to support management decision-making.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to management for business planning and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and financial targets.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Perform cost analysis and control to ensure effective cost management.
  • Evaluate financial data, highlight areas of improvement, and propose recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and accruals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and regulations to ensure compliance and provide expertise to management.
  • Provide support and guidance to other finance team members when needed.



What you'll need to succeed

  • ACCA, CIMA Qualified or QBE
  • Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role, with a strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive process improvements.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
