Your new company
Growing organisation with significant backing seek to appoint a hands on and technically astute Controller to support the business with their ambitious plans over the coming years.

Your new role
You will own the month end timetable across your portfolio ensuring all statutory requirements are delivered in line with external and internal requirements. You will lead the governance and control agenda, have oversight for driving the enhancements of processes and procedures and ensure that the integrity of the financial ledgers are managed in a timely and efficient manner. You will lead a team, providing regular mentorship, coaching and feedback in order to improve performance.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with strong financial reporting / control skills. You will demonstrate a strong leadership style and a willingness to roll up your sleeves as the company continues on the journey for growth.
