Senior Financial Accountant, permanent job in Telford, £40,000 - £50,000 + benefits

Hays Senior Finance are partnering with this great multi-national business to find them a Senior Financial Accountant on a permanent basis.

Your new role

The job will involve ensuring that all financial accounting and tax compliance is completed efficiently and to a high standard. It will also involve:

• Submitting and reviewing the group reporting
• Coordinate the preparation of the statutory accounts
• Working with the shared services team to ensure all work in completed accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring the trial balances are accurate
• Supporting external and internal audits
• Overhead costing
• Ensure all accounting standards are complied with for statutory and group reporting

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will either be working in a practice and looking for a move in to industry or have worked in industry in a similar role.

They will be a fully qualified accountant (or towards the end of their qualification) and able to commute to Telford 2 days a week.
