Finance Director

£90,000 to £110,000 plus Benefits

ABPM have been retained by this international group of companies as experts in financial recruitment, to support the recruitment of a new Finance Director to be part of this enthusiastic and energetic leadership team. In this appointment you shall be responsible for corporate governance, finance management infrastructure and business systems.

If you are a hands-on operationally focused finance leader who will be the Managing Directors' right-hand person and want the opportunity to participate in the long-term success of an entrepreneurial venture, then this is the role for you.

At a transactional level, your duties you will be:

• Manage and guide a finance team.
• Oversee financial accounting and management accounting processes.
• Produce and analyse commentaries of management accounts.
• Report and manage cashflow and working capital.
• Develop plans/systems to migrate risks after identification.
• Product and project costing, including the understanding of BOMs.
• Budgeting, financial statements, planning, forecasting, group consolidation, tax and compliance.
• Be part of overall business strategy and development.
