SF Group have been retained to recruit an experienced Head of Reporting & Systems for their private equity backed client in Birmingham.
Reporting into the Director of FP&A of this £300m turnover business, you will take full ownership of the finance systems/ reporting/ continuous development of the systems/ involvement in the ERP implementation/ management of the team etc.
Your duties will include (but are not limited) to the following:
*Managing the data structures
*Taking ownership of the finance hierarchies/ cost centre structures
*Taking ownership of the chartered accounts
*Establishing the reporting structure and annual calendar
*Responsibility for all internal reporting (including the forecasting cycle/ monthly reporting/ supporting the existing developers within the business/ reporting on cost centres and any efficiencies..)
*Responsibility for a team of three
*Longer term, supporting with a Finance ERP System implementation.
To be considered for this role, you will be a Qualified Accountant working within a similar 'system', commercial focused management role.
You must have experience using SQL.
My client is working three days in the office and you must be able to commute into Birmingham.
