Finance Business Partner (Jnr)

I am currently recruiting an exciting Finance Business Partner role for a high growth services based organisation.

My client has enjoyed significant growth through acquisition over the last few years, a journey that has seen them become one of the major players within their market.

As part of the next stage of their evolution they are seeking a high quality Finance Business Partner to support the commercial development of the organisation
Key responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with the division leadership team to influence strategies and commercial initiatives
- Look for opportunities to drive business improvement
- Owning day-to-day operational performance of the business and relaying financial performance & risk
- Managing month end processes and identifying opportunities to streamline processes
- Leading divisional forecasting and planning activities
- Work with the wider finance team to deliver best in class reporting, forecasting and analysis

To be considered for this role you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA). You will have strong Finance Business partnering experience and excellent analytical skills. You will have worked in a large organisation, with experience of the service sector or a recurring revenue model being an advantage.
