Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner required for highly successful business within the specialist staffing sector

As Finance Business Partner you will be joining a thriving business with an excellent working culture, Hybrid working and plenty of scope for progression. .

Whilst reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance you will support a region as Finance Business Partner and will play a significant role in driving growth and profit.

Key Accountability's and duties include:

Monthly meetings with the Operational Management to discuss P&L, cost control and variance to financial plan, Monthly Management Reporting along with commentary and recommendations, investment appraisal, supporting growth through analysis and ad-hoc project work.

This is not a technical accounting role and requires a commercially minded individual with the ability to build relationships and provide decision support to region.

You will be a recently qualified accountant looking for an opportunity to join a highly commercial business and build a career within a fast track organisation
