Your new role
You will join the organisation in a Management Consultancy capacity. You will problem-solve, supporting your clients with the challenges they face in areas such as strategy, regulation and technology.

As the world continually changes and develops, new regulation and new technologies emerge, requiring your
clients to continue to evolve and adapt to their business environment - as a result, you will play a key part in implementing the required changes that are vital to their business, utilising your skills and expertise to deliver high quality results and deliver progress for your clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating discussions with clients to understand their business issues and areas of proposed improvement
  • Define the problem concisely and develop the proposed solution
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution
  • Consolidating the findings from analysis, develop business requirements and options, recommendations and present potential solutions to the client
  • Provide support the client's decision making and governance process
  • Develop and present a plan to implement the recommended changes
  • Support business development activities of the firm such as proposal development, case studies and papers


What you'll need to succeed

To undertake a senior post within the firm, you will likely be or hold the following qualifications and skillsets:

  • Chartered qualification in accounting, banking, finance, legal or tax
  • University degree, MBA or equivalent
  • Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Project and change management qualifications would be advantageous such as Agile, Lean Six Sigma or Prince II
  • Well-developed core consulting skills of research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills - an analytical, innovative and creative mindset
  • Ability to be manage ambiguity, complexity and challenging environments
  • Self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team
  • Ability to lead teams with a sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity and exceptional client service
  • Ability to structure and manage intensive workloads
  • High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively deal with increasingly diverse clients and teams
  • Confidence and maturity to work with a range of client stakeholders at all levels
