We’re currently recruiting a CFO for a highly successful PE backed FMCG / E-commerce business. With impressive year on year growth, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious CFO to join a business and lead a future PE transaction.
Responsibilities:
- Being a key member of the Board, acting as a strategic, commercial and operational partner to the CEO and the senior management team
- Managing a number of key Stakeholder relationships with Private Equity, Banks, Auditors and Advisors
- Continuing to professionalise the finance function - developing robust processes, controls, and financial reporting that is scalable
- Develop “best in class”, timely and incisive management information and KPI’s to help drive business growth
- Commercial and strategic input to support the business’s growth and ensure a continual focus on maximising shareholder value creation
Previous experience of leading a business through a sale or investment process is key for this role, as is the ability to start at relatively short notice.
