This is an excellent opportunity to join this international technology organisation. They are seeking an experienced payroll professional to manage their EMEA payroll function, working closely with all European offices and the Head Office in the USA. The actual payroll is outsourced to a third-party bureau, so the main function of this role is to ensure all inputs and outputs are accurately calculated, authorised and validated. You will be liaising closely with the HR and Finance teams to ensure all data provided is correct and all statutory regulations are adhered to. It will also be your responsibility to ensure that all payroll entries are correctly entered into the ERP package and reconciliation of the balance sheet and P&L relating to payroll are accurate. You will also manage the administration of employee benefits within Europe.
You will demonstrate a stable and progressive career to date, specifically within payroll functions of US based organisations. Clearly, exposure to European entities is essential. Ideally you will hold a formal qualification, although relevant experience is more important. You will be a confident and effective communicator with excellent inter-personal skills and strong attention to detail. Experience of Oracle is an advantage, and a second European language would be beneficial.
After an initial on-boarding period this role will be hybrid.
