Privately owned international infrastructure business, whose head office is in the City of London, are looking to hire an experienced Interim FP&A Director to support them over the next 6 months. The role will support the finance leadership and the expectation would be to spend 3 days per week working from the central London office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support CFO and key budget holders by leading on the group wide forecasting and budgeting process
- Partner closely with key members of the management team, around all commercial finance activity
- Oversee successful introduction and adoption of new FP&A reporting tool
- Develop effective and robust FP&A processes (automated where possible), to allow fur expected future growth
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Accountant of graduate calibre
- Experience of operating in a senior FP&A leadership role for a medium to large entity, with full group/division/region ownership
- Knowledge of FP&A best practice and ability to translate this to finance and non-finance staff
- Confident and credible individual, with highly developed commercial acumen
