My client, a well-known growing business in the Camberley area are looking for a full time permanent credit controller.

Hours: 37 hours a week (Monday to Friday) - Hybrid working model - 3 days a week in the office

Car park on sites with fantastic offices!

Job duties:

  • Engage in a professional, close-knit UK Finance team, supporting the delivery of the a well-known brand
  • Serve as an expert in collections and credit control across the UK business.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team on customer account due diligence, terms, reconciliations, and payment recovery.
  • Conduct annual reviews of customer credit limits and continually monitor them as seasonal orders increase.
  • Foster partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to optimise customer collections.
  • Proactively manage overdue and aged debt recovery, including legal proceedings when necessary.
  • Process and review customer claims following company procedures.
  • Regularly report on Debtors and ageing positions throughout the business.
  • Calculate and report bad debt provisioning.
  • Address and resolve customer queries and disputes.
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential, and experience with SAP S4 is desirable.
  • Handle general Accounts Receivable and Finance administration as needed.
