Maintain and Update Financial Models:
* Oversee the upkeep, improvement, and adaptation of key models that compile the group's long-term financial
performance metrics, such as profit, earnings, and debt levels.

Collaborate with Reporting Team:
* Partner with the team responsible for financial planning and analysis to understand the current financial status and
assess the impact of decisions on future outcomes.
* Work with various stakeholders across different departments, including finance, customer operations, and business

Support Monthly Team Activities:
* Participate in the team's monthly tasks, including preparing updates for the executive committee.
* Aim to streamline processes, making monthly reporting more efficient to support strategic decision-making.

Bridge Different Financial Requirements:
* Act as a liaison between planning and reporting teams, simplifying and translating financial information between
different requirements and standards.

Advise on Growth Plans:
* Provide guidance on developing short and long-term growth plans.
* Evaluate financial benefits and options to support growth strategies.

This role requires an ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualified accountant with a strategic mindset, emphasising the ability to analyse extensive data and distill relevant information for effective decision-making and financial reporting.
