Finance Business Partner

Your new company
Hays are delighted to partner with this organisation who are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team for 12 months to manage all financial business partnering and management accounting on their new acquisitions.

Your new role
As the Finance Business Partner, you will ensure that all the onboarding of new acquisitions are effectively merged into the business by providing specialist commercial input and financial decisions.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Provide financial analysis and appraisals and evaluate/challenge new business opportunities
• Review any proposed acquisitions and prepare appraisals to ensure business decisions are appropriate
• Produce timely and accurate management information to both finance and non-finance professionals
• Manage accurate and timely budgeting and forecasting, ensuring these are reported appropriately
• Effectively review and analyse service cost expenditure
  
  
  

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will:

• Be a Qualified Accountant with proven experience of investment appraisals, financial modelling and shaping business decisions
• Have excellent commercial awareness
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
