Your new role
An Interim Finance Manager role, reporting to the Financial Director and leading a small team of staff. You will be responsible for all aspects of day to day finance for a growing business. This will include Month End Management Accounts, Budgets and Variance Analysis, Key Balance Sheet reconciliations, Day to day Cash Management, Stock takes and key commercial analysis. You will assist the company's auditors with Year-End and help resolve any queries. You will lead and help develop a small team of staff and support the FD with any ad-hoc financial analysis, as required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant or finalist, with experience of a similar hands-on Finance Manager role in a growing SME. You will enjoy leading a team and delivering highly quality management information in a timely manner. You will be highly IT literate and have strong communication skills. Able to start quickly, you will be happy to commit to an assignment of at least 3 months.
