Your new role
As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of all balances. Your key duties will include supporting variance and trend analysis by site, posting essential journals such as accruals, prepayments, and deferred income, and providing performance analysis to aid decision-making for local teams. Additionally, you will lead a team of trainee accountants, guiding them to excel in their roles.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Accountant or QBE
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels
• Ideal for first-time movers from practice, as our senior management team has a background in practice
• Experience managing a small team and working with retail clients is preferred.
