What you'll need to succeed
In order to undertake this role, candidates will need to have experience in the following duties:

  • Financial and administrative support within a busy working environment.
  • Order processing
  • Data entry
  • Spreadsheet maintenance
  • Invoice management
  • Parent payment platform management
  • Petty cash management
  • Banking
  • Inbox management
  • Reconciliation of accounts system
  • General support of the finance team

Candidates will need to be required to have a proven track record of financial and/or administrative support with exposure to Iplicit or similar finance packages.
Attention to detail is required along with numerical accuracy.
Must have the ability to work autonomously without supervision as well as part of a team.

What you'll get in return
The pay rate for this role will be up to £15/hour, including holiday pay and will be paid weekly in arrears.
