Finance Analyst

Your new company
You will be joining a fast-growing manufacturingBusiness based in the Leamington Spa area.

Your new role
Reporting to the financial controller and working closely with the FP&A team, you will betaking on a key role in business partnering within the corporate functions department. You will be preparing budgets, tracking spending, analysing variances and updating forecasts for Legal, HR, IT, Facilities, Real Estate and Finance. You will also analyse key business infrastructure projects, perform month-end processes and play a key role in budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with FP&A.

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accountingQualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/equivalent), you should be a proven businesspartner and analyst with potential experience in the automotive sector, confident indissecting and presenting key data within a project setting and spotting riskAnd opportunity. You should be an excellent communicator and used to buildingrapport across the wider business.
