Your new company
A fast growth, engineering focused SME with global footprint and focus on renewable energy sector are looking for CFO. The organisation have gone from strength to strength in the last few years, diversifying their product offering and target markets and have global plans to go into new areas. The business have a significant US focus so need relevant backgrounds.


Your new role
With overall responsibility for the delivery of strategic and operational finance and accounting, this role is aimed at being a board level position and contribute to the long term development of this global business. It is a growing finance team, with overall responsibility for 5 reports.


The successful applicant will need to demonstrate deep routed commercial and strategic acumen, working alongside the Global C-Suite to drive company profitability.


As the business grows, building and supporting global team growth is needed, so recruitment and leadership experience is a must. Given the current SME position of the business, the organisation are looking for a hands on professional who has exposure in US businesses, ideally listed.


What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified chartered accountant with ideally a mixture of big company corporate training, as well as growth environments. The role requires the building and maintaining of relationships across the group in order to drive a transformation mindset. Experience in renewable energy or engineering will be well received.
