FP&A Transformation Manager

Are you experienced with FP&A? Have you successfully taken on transformation projects?

Your new companyI am working with an amazing, global insurance company that is looking for an FP&A Manager to help take on an FP&A transformation project. This has come about from strategic and global expansion to align systems on a global basis. This role will sit inside the transformation team and play a key part in representing the FP&A function are looking for an energetic, hands-on person who is willing to take on a new challenge, learn new tools and process quickly, be able to work autonomously and play a crucial part in improving existing processes.

Your new role

• Business partnering with stakeholders to provide updates on the project and communicate changes
• Global interaction as FP&A representative
• Being a leader and participating in project design and testing of system implemented
• Providing analysis and advice across the project including processes, operating procedure and training implementation

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with experience working in the insurance sector
• Financial planning and analysis background, experience in global FP&A businesses is required
• Experience with finance transformation projects and system implementation
• Team management - leadership, development and mentorship skills
• Business partnering with senior stakeholders
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
