They are seeking a talented individual to join their Audit Team in Southampton, which is responsible for planning, performing, and completing the audit process for each assignment. You will ensure clients are provided with a high-quality service, through effective management of resources and liaison with relevant departments.
Your new role
You'll be someone who is comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others, you will provide assistance to partners where required and may also work on special assignments.
As an audit manager, you will be responsible for management of junior staff on jobs, setting budgets, preparing proposals for new work as well as other business development work to identify and develop opportunities with existing clients. You will be ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant audit experience gained within a professional services firm, along with proven experience of supervising others and delegation of work. You will be technically competent with a good commercial awareness along with strong communication skills (internally and directly with clients). You will also need good organisation skills and be able to work as part of a team.
