Finance Analyst - Hybrid - Luxury Retail

A luxury wholesaler is looking for a Finance Analyst to join their FP&A team. They are a fast-growing scale-up company whose products are currently present and highly regarded globally. The culture is progressive and fast-paced, with change and innovation on the horizon every day. This role needs someone who can start immediately, or up to 1-month notice only!

Your new role
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the FP&A Team at month-end and budgeting
• Business plans and wholesale reports
• Update and maintain reporting dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making
• Weekly sales reporting
• Variance analysis & providing explanations
• Financial modelling on Excel
• Drive process & system improvement within the FP&A functions
• Supporting both the FP&A and commercial finance team with any ad-hoc requests

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) accountant with financial analysis experience, ideally with either retail, consumer, eCommerce or wholesale sector experience. Large company exposure will stand you in good stead, since this company is set to grow, whilst SME experience will lend itself to implementation at this critical time of growth and scale-up.

You will receive a competitive salary of £325-350/day as an interim and then, when transitioned permanent £65,000 - £70,000 plus a 10% discretionaryBonus.
