Our client is a successful multi-site manufacturing group with operations in the UK & Europe.

Your new role
Reporting into the Managing Director, this hands-on role, will take responsibility for the full day to day financial management of the finance function, leading a small team and driving improvements to reporting, systems and processes. Accounting is the backbone to this role, but you will also have exposure to commercial, operational and strategic input and decision-making.

What you'll need to succeed
Our client is seeking a proactive qualified accountant with strong interpersonal skills, who has operated in a similar role for a £20m+ manufacturing business. Candidates on a notice period less than 3 months are preferred, but this is not essential.
