Hays Senior Finance are currently supporting an excellent business with the recruitment of an FP&A Analyst on a permanent basis. Our client is a growing, privately owned property group with a large Head Office based in Kingswinford.

Your new role
This newly created role is a great opportunity for a commercially-minded Accountant to build their skills and experience within FP&A with lots of exposure to both the Group and Divisional CFOs. This broad role will have elements of business partnering, financial planning, budgeting and systems development, but a key part of the role will be the ability to draw on data and financial analysis from a range of sources and present this to senior stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with post-qualification experience in a similar Finance Analyst/FP&A position. You will have strong analytical and presentation skills together with excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence key business stakeholders. A property or construction background is highly desirable but our client is open to candidates with relevant professional experience in other sectors.
